Stop. Right now.
Just stop and take a deep breath. Deep, deep down.
And another.
Let the world take a few rotations without you while you just stop and breathe.
Feel your chest opening up and your shoulders relaxing and your toes unclenching.
One more breath won’t hurt. Go ahead- one more.
Let all the worries and stresses and rush and THINGS I HAVE TO GET DONE- let them sit down for just a moment while you increase your oxygen levels and lower your stress levels.
Let it be enough-just for a moment- exactly as it is.
And know that you are ALWAYS ENOUGH- just as you are. Breathe that deeply in- all the way to your soles- and just be.
May you find peace and rest wherever you need it, inside all the tiny moments of today and always.
