Guided Journey to My Inner Child
There are two different ways of viewing our inner child- both of which are equally valid. One is the view of the inner child as the part of you that holds all the trauma and hurt that you experienced as a child. Meditations for this inner child deal with healing those hurts and assuring that yourself that you are protected.
This meditation, however, is focused on the second view of our inner child- as the inner being that innately understands joy, wonder, & love through the eyes and perspective of an innocent child. This piece of ourselves is wise beyond measure, but we often ignore her. This meditation is an exploration of joy and inner wisdom. It will leave you feeling contented and happy, more connected to your child and playfulness.
